Oh! That's where it is!

According to Wired News, scientists have finally made some headway in the search for missing matter in the universe. Apparently they've found a couple of huge clouds of gas 150 and 380 million light years away made of baryons and containing enough matter to account for the "missing" mass of the universe. The baryon finding is surprising...I would have thought that the clouds would have be made up of unpaired socks. Maybe someday that mystery will be solved.
